Refund Policy

1. Refund and Exchange Period

  • At DeeDee Fashion, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We offer the following policies:

  • Refund Policy: You can request a refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Exchange Policy: We provide a 15-day window for exchanges from the date of delivery.

 

2. Initiating a Refund or Exchange

  • To initiate a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Go to your orders and initiate a return.

  • Our delivery agent will collect your order.

  • We will thoroughly inspect the returned order to ensure its condition.

 

3. Refund Process

  • If the returned order meets our criteria:

  • For refunds, we will initiate your request, and the money will be deposited into your account within 7 banking days.

4. Exchange Process

  • If you wish to exchange your item

  • After inspecting the returned order, we will initiate the exchange process.

  • You will be able to select a replacement item of equal or lesser value from our available stock.

  • Any price differences between the exchanged items will be handled accordingly.

Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased.
